At Stevenson Park Dungannon Seconds fell heavily to a lively Rainey outfit. The visitors held a commanding 31-0 lead at the break courtesy of tries per Adam Currie, Sam Sufferin, Connor McSwiggan and Seb Hastings. All four were converted by Gavin Pollock who also added a penalty. In between a Rainey player was yellow carded for a dangerous tackle on John Buckley. Dungannon suffered too with Glen Sinnamon harshly ‘binned’ and Guido Da Costa Fereira forced off through injury. In the second half Rainey added a further 40 points with the outstanding Hastings brothers Seb and Neal scoring five between them. Dungannon replied with a penalty try.
